De Brasserie is a culinary meeting place for hotel guests and locals. A fresh breakfast on the bustling terrace with a view across the square, lunch under the ‘chandeliers’ in the bright sun lounge, or a delicious dinner in the nostalgic corner: De Brasserie’s doors are open to you all day long. In the summer, this is Texel’s hotspot. The locals love drinking a beer here after work or get their day off to a good start with a cup of coffee and a newspaper on the terrace. But De Brasserie is perfect for relaxation all year round. In the winter you can sit like royalty in the sun lounge or curl up with a newspaper in the comfy chairs.

A menu on which you will always find something you like! The coffee is not ‘finished’ without something delicious. Our tip: taste the homemade tart with “Ervaring” (Experience), prepared with marzipan, chipolata, freshly squeezed orange and caramel. At lunchtime we serve homemade soups and creative salads. Or try a richly filled sandwich, often with a surprising twist. At the bar we will introduce you to special wine, Texel specialty beer or an island liqueur. Dinner is prepared with love and you can taste it! Fish, meat, local products; we promise you a true taste sensation!
